Fitness Coach Branding Session // Madison, WI // Diana
I got to run around Madison with this beauty last night.
Diana is my cousin and probably the first baby I ever held. She was one of the first seniors I photographed years ago. And as cliche as it sounds, I've watched her grow up into such an incredible badass woman and I couldn't be more proud.
Let's go over just a couple of the things going on in her life - graduating with her masters, walking 500 miles across Europe, and moving to a completely new state. And in the midst of all of that she's found her passion. She lit up when she started talking about fitness, training, and helping others live their healthiest life.
If you're lucky enough to be living out your dream, you know how exciting it is to talk to someone else who has found theirs. It's like a secret club or something. When Diana was telling me about her ideas and goals it was like "Holy crap. You found it too?! You found your thing!" And then you feed off of each other's excitement and energy. I mean that's the greatest part about meeting people who are living passionate lives. Your passions can be totally unrelated but you're still inspired.
After we got done with Diana's shoot we went and ate the best pizza ever (pesto, goat cheese, artichoke, and arugula for the win! you da real mvp Greenbush!) . And even though we're family and we've known each other our whole lives, it was like we were just getting to know each other. We talked deep about relationships and our families and our businesses and just life.
We popped into Alchemy for some beer (and water because balance amiright?!) and I'm not sure if there has ever been cuter pictures of someone drinking a pint. Also, apologies to the couple sitting next to us and the patrons outside who had to listen to us laugh loudly and be awkward.
Pictures that should be considered "outtakes" are always my favorites. They're the ones that tell the story.
I'm not sure how someone can make jumping in the air and handstands look so good. But God bless these are fantastic.
We're just over here patiently waiting for Nike to call us with our contracts....
I'm not just saying this because she's family, but if you were ever going to have a trainer you'd want it to be Diana. She's just so positive and bright and hardworking. She asks questions so she can listen to you. She is warm and encouraging without being fake. Like this chick is the real deal. I am so freaking pumped to watch her story unfold. She's gonna do big things. So be watching her. For real.>> Go check her out on instagram << and thank me later.
Also I'm just putting this out there, but I loved this. I loved talking with someone about their business and their brand and figuring out a way to convey who they are, what they do, and who they want to attract through photos. So if you're looking for the least headshot esque pictures for your brand hit me up and let's collab. K thanks!
