Outdoor Senior Session // Wisconsin Rapids, WI // Laney

When Laney emailed me and told me I had already photographed her sisters (whom I absolutely ADORE!) I knew I just had to take her senior pictures. Laney’s friends describe her as laid back, genuine, and caring. And I think you can see that in her senior pictures. Look at how natural and happy this girl is! I’m obsessed with this session. Laney said she loves exploring and being on the water. And she said she wanted something unique for her photos. So I knew we just had to go check out this muddy, woodsy little spot right on the river for her shoot!

I, for one, am absolutely thrilled that flared jeans are making a come back. (30 year olds can wear them too right???) And I will always support my seniors wearing hats and any other fun accessories for their photos! I mean look how freaking adorable Laney is!!!!

I loooove ending a session with some gorgeous close up portraits of my seniors. By the end of the shoot they are relaxed and comfortable with me and alwaaaays deliver on the portraits. These are the photos that someone is going to stumble upon in 40 years and be like “SHEEESH! Look at grandma!”
