Buena Vista Grasslands Engagement Session // Plainfield, WI // Carissa + Zak

It’s starting to get cold out and while I’m not that sad to see summer go, I am going to miss all the summery shoots. Like this one. Thank goodness for chronic wasting disease for bringing these two together. And thank goodness for my past clients for sending Carissa and Zak to me. I knew they were my kind of people pretty much right away. Listening to them talk about their work is like listening to a podcast on Wisconsin wildlife. And Carissa and I bonded over our mutual love of collecting nests and bones and things. And then they picked out the Buena Vista Grasslands for their engagement session and it made me love them even more.

If you can’t tell from all the smiles and laughing, we had the best time ever.

This was my first time playing around and trying to make a couple GIFs. I love when my clients make me feel comfortable to try new stuff.
